Delivery & Shipping
We work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
U.S. Orders
Orders under $50 ship for $6.99. Orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE U.S. ground shipping.
International Orders
- Canada: $25 flat-rate shipping
- All other international destinations: $50 flat-rate shipping
Tracking & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, service selected, and destination. Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email for the most current delivery status.
Please note that the 1–2 business day timeframe refers to order processing and shipment, not the carrier's delivery time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us at info@fedorgorst.com with your order number and we will assist you.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
International Customers
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country.
