Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 

Returns & Exchanges Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

• Unused and in like-new condition

• Free of chalk, wear, or any signs of use

• Returned in original packaging All returns are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: 

• Chalk

 • Cue tips

• Signed items

• Opened or used consumable products 

Glove Sizing (Please Read)

Our gloves are designed with a performance fit and run smaller than standard U.S. sizing.

• Please review the sizing chart before ordering 

• If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up Most sizing-related returns happen when the sizing chart is not reviewed before ordering. 

Returns Due to Incorrect Size

If an incorrect size is ordered:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• The item must be unused and tried on only with clean hands 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. 

Shipping Responsibility

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover return shipping

• If the return is due to customer error (incorrect size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, based on customer preference. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return for processing. 

Lost Returns

We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
