FG x Magic Rack Multipack 3 Packs (2 RACKS Per Pack)

Thank you for packing the Magic Racks and the water bottle in a BOX for shipping, rather than a bag. Some of my previous FG orders arrived in a bag or envelope, and the products inside didn’t survive shipping very well.

P.S. Kudos to whoever designed the FG logo, that logo makes everything look better! 👍

I initially purchased a pair of these racks to judge their quality. After over 300 racks they remained consistent in racking the balls evenly and performed admirably. After confirming their quality through my initial purchase, I purchased a quantity of 12 racks for use at my pool hall. The order was confused as I ordered two 3 packs of racks for a total of 12 racks. When delivered I only received 2 single packs, 4 packs and 8 racks short of my order. I contacted them and informed them of the shortage error and that my order had not been filled completely. I received a reply within the hour apologizing for the mix up and the assurance the balance of the order would be shipped the following day. I received email notification the following morning that the balance of my order had indeed been shipped and a tracking number provided. I received the balance of the order several days later. Synopsis is that not only is the rack durable, of good quality and performs well, but also that when there is an issue with an order that it is addressed and handled expeditiously to correct any problems. A quality product and quality Customer service are not things you see often in this day and age but they exist here with Mr. Gorst and that’s a breath of fresh air.

The rack has performed flawlessly. Unlike some competing products, which may require manipulation to achieve the desired ball alignment, the Fedors magic rack operates effortlessly.
